Eine alte These neu begründet.“ von Eva Willms u. a. entstand im Wintersemester 2001/2002 im Rahmen eines Grundseminars in Älterer Deutscher Philologie an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf.
Der zugrunde liegende Aufsatz wurde im 44. Band (1994) der „Germanistisch-Romanischen Monatsschrift“ auf den Seiten 129-153 veröffentlicht. Nach einer Schilderung der wesentlichen Grundzüge folgt eine inhaltliche Bewertung des Textes unter Einbeziehung der Interpretationen von Albrecht Classen (GRM 1990), Heinz Thomas (ZfdPh 1984) und Tomas Tomasek (ZfdAudL 1986).
